Our sales organization is divided into the “Retail Sales” and “Industrial Sales” teams. Under the operational leadership of Karl-Heinz Miersch, the “Retail” team manages several key accounts in the German and European foodservice and C&C wholesale sector as well as food retailers.

The “Industrial” team, led by Marcus Zumdieck, is similarly structured and handles German and international customers from the food industry.

The key account managers in the two teams are supported by product managers, who are responsible for the smooth operation of orders and services relating to the products.

True to the customer-orientation of the company, the Purchasing department, led by Marcus Zumdieck, cooperates closely with Sales to procure from own plants, strategic partners and other contract parties in line with sales objectives and customer specifications.
